CHALLENGE

Appointed by Justice Newton-Smith to represent both spouses in the sale of their home, I was entrusted with managing a court-ordered transaction that included determining the listing price.

APPROACH

I positioned the property strategically by pricing it below market to attract strong, early interest. The strategy worked immediately: within the first two days, more than fifteen buyers viewed the property, creating healthy competition.   

IMPACT

An above asking offer was secured shortly after launch.  Both spouses were able to move forward with a sense of closure and fairness.
