An abandoned parcel of land in a rapidly growing Toronto neighbourhood, strategically located between two subway stations, major shopping centres, and key highway access.

APPROACH

I was engaged to sell the property in a declining market, without a formal listing and therefore no ability to advertise or broadly expose it. Instead, I executed a targeted, off-market strategy, engaging a short list of qualified developers most likely to recognize its highest and best use.

RESULT

Two competing offers and a successful sale, achieving nearly $2,000,000 more than prior offers.
